Small print

Your apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m. If you’ll be arriving after 8 p.m., please call us in advance.

We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9 a.m. on your departure day.

For bookings made by phone or email, we require a deposit of 30% to 50% of the booking amount. The booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent you written confirmation.

It’s always a shame when a holiday can’t go ahead as planned. If you have booked by phone or email, the following conditions apply to any cancellations:

• Cancellation at the latest 30 days before the arrival date are free of charge – we will refund the deposit.
• Cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date: We unfortunately have to charge 100% of the agreed total rate.
• In the case of late arrival and/or early departure, we still need to charge for all booked days.

If we manage to find an equivalent replacement for the period that has become available again after your cancellation, we will of course refund you the full amount including the deposit – regardless of when you cancelled.

The tourist tax amounts to €2.70 per night for each person aged 14 and over. It is not included in the provided rate and to be paid separately on site.

We want to give you a wonderful holiday. However, despite our best intentions, there may be something that you are unsatisfied with. Please let us know straight away so that we can find a solution.

Please let us know straight away if something gets broken or damaged to allow us to replace it and quickly find a solution. Thank you for understanding that we may need to charge for any damages.

No pets are allowed in our apartments. However, please bear in mind that you will be spending your holiday on a farm (hay, grasses, animals).

We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or on the balconies.
